I have been suffering from back pain & probs. Done it all to fix…I started going to the gym but even that didn’t help. I found your page by miracle and you have changed my mobility. I do your exercises everyday and I actually have some flexibility that’s improving daily. For the first time in a decade I can arch my back and my joints feel lubricated. You are amazing, thank you for sharing your gifts. Your vids are perfect…easy to follow, timed right, great music, chill vibes and you include both easy and more challenging moves. So proud of myself! I did the squat - leg extension with my fee planted the entire time! In all my fitness years my feet have always lifted and I absolutely loved the kneeling t-spine rotation, at first I was like no way I can do that, but I did and it felt amazing!

I needed this. For ADHD reasons I struggle to get pre-work morning routines in place other than bare essentials thanks to time blindness. I use these videos as pre-gym-warm-up warm ups but I know I’ll feel better if I do them in the AM too! Day 1 of AM❤
As a fellow runner have you had hip pain on the sides and the rear? From what I’ve heard so far it can be either psoas, piriformis, or hip joint bursitis from over use. Also, I’ve got that thing that causes one side of the hip to be a little higher than the other which can cause issues. Just wondering if you know anything on it!
